About Our Faculty

The Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools has described Nassau’s faculty as “perhaps without rival among the community colleges in the nation.” More Nassau faculty members have received the SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Teaching, and more have doctorates than faculty at any other community college in New York.
